The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions. The board is charged with the responsibility to administer similar examinations for applicants to Nigerian public and private monotechnics, polytechnics, and colleges of educations.
Every year, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) conduct an examination that will determine if a student will be admitted or not.
After conducting and sitting for the examination, the board will release the score/results of candidates. And if you scored 160 mark, you will be eligible to apply for polytechnic, if you score above 180, you will be eligible to apply for a university admission.
Candidates who scored below average are left with no option than to apply for Jamb again the next coming year which can be quite frustrating.
